Today in Texas, nearly 1 in 5 adults and 1 in 4 children are hungry. The need for food assistance is a year-round call answered by food banks, partnering agencies and volunteers across the state.

In Austin, 61% of the children in the Austin Independent School District are eligible for a free or reduced lunch.

Join the hundreds of other groups in Austin who participate in the Central Texas Souper Bowl of Caring. Together, we can stock the shelves at the food banks, provide hot meals for families and feed the need in Central Texas.
