The staff and students welcomed Souper Bowl of Caring North Texas Director, Cristina Curtis to Arturo Salazar Elementary School to participate in the Partners in Education project "Principal for a Day". Activities throughout the day included morning announcements, classroom visits, lunch with faculty and students, Coach Morrow's Zumba class and school community projects.
